PART BUILD
With this option once you have chosen and customised your design, which can be as flexible as you like, we would then construct your house to a pre-agreed stage of construction, i.e. from the shell only or to complete externally with no work done on the internals of the house, to almost complete with all work externally and internally with the exception of the kitchen and bathroom fitments. You choose just how much of the construction work you want to do yourself.
PLOT ONLY
This option is designed for those who wish to take on the full construction of their own home. Similar to the full and part build options, but with the construction element taken on fully by you to design and self build the house and should help you to acheive the ultimate goal of developing your own dream home.
